RSHE Training for Educators

We know that talking about sex and relationships can be a daunting task. Most of us grew up without receiving any sex education. Lots of people don’t feel like they’ve had relevant training. It can be hard to know what good practice looks like.

We’re here to help. No matter how you work with young people - whether you’re a teacher, youth worker, healthcare professional or any other practitioner - we can help you to sensitively cover RSHE topics with confidence.

If you’re looking to gain a more in-depth understanding of how to deliver RSHE or support young people with sex and relationships, check out our training options below. If you want some more tailored advice or feedback on your provision take a look at our consultation service. If you’re after tips and guidance we also have a growing selection of resources available.

Nice things people have said about our training…

The most enjoyable and relevant RSE training I’ve been on!
— June 2021 participant
I valued the environment - I felt safe, included, able to extend, improve my knowledge and ask any questions.
— May 2021 participant
Great resources, really gorgeously designed (unusual for this sector...). The facilitators are really knowledgable and the focus on intersectionality and decanting normative perspectives was v refreshing. Loved your openness in answering questions and sharing practice (including times you felt you’d made mistakes). Overall it felt so much more progressive, relevant, informed and responsive than bog standard Local Authority trainings. (or worse - training run by youth orgs attached to churches with lots of shaming material... eek.)
