Continued Professional Development for Educators

Building quality, consistency and confidence in every conversation.

Talking about sex and relationships can feel daunting - most of us grew up without the education we’re now having to provide. It can be hard to know what 'good' looks like, but we’re here to change that. Our expert CPD bridges the gap, giving you the tools and sensitivity to lead RSE sessions with absolute confidence.

Check out our flagship sessions covering how to:

  • This training focuses on what harmful sexual behaviours are and how they might occur within schools. We share practical strategies to tackle harmful sexual behaviour and provide meaningful, preventative consent education.

  • This training focuses on how to deliver body image education in an inclusive, non-judgemental way. It covers the real history of the body positivity movement as well as some practical tips and activities to help young people build better relationships with their bodies.

  • This training focuses on how to deliver education on LGBTQIA+ experiences. This should be embedded across the RSE curriculum, not as a stand-alone topic. This training session covers context, inclusive language and guidance around orientations, gender and pronouns.

  • This training focuses on understanding gender and how to discuss it in the classroom. We will learn about different gender identities (such as trans and non-binary), as well as the impact of gender stereotypes and gender based discrimination. We will offer some approaches for engaging with contemporary issues such as tackling rising misogyny, navigating pressures around masculinity, and supporting gender questioning young people.

  • “What does ‘all men are trash’ mean?”, “Is watching porn if you’re under 18 illegal?”, “Can you get an STI from a toilet seat?”. We share our bank of student questions to help build staff confidence to answer tricky questions and deal with tricky situations which might arise within the RSE classroom or across the school.

  • This training is for you if you want to reduce youth sexual harassment and abuse but don’t know where to start, if you feel like your lessons on consent aren’t landing or if you work with young people who struggle with this topic.

  • From algorithms to AI, TikTok to OnlyFans it can feel overwhelming to understand how to offer support and guidance around navigating the digital landscape. Which is why we’re keen to help educators feel equipped and confident to approach and support the young people they work with.

  • This training is for you if you want to learn best practice for delivering RSE in a religiously sensitive way. We share well-tested approaches to understanding how RSE might be received and understood in different settings.
