Your space for honest answers, support and further learning.

We can’t cover everything in our workshops, but we want to make sure you have access to the best information out there. Whether you’re curious about your body, navigating a relationship, or just need someone to talk to, these resources are here for you.

Most of these services are free, confidential and anonymous. This means you can get expert advice without having to give your name or pay any money.

If you don't know where to start, these are our top picks.

  • Childline has support pages on loads of topics, including things like: puberty, friendships, bullying and managing difficult emotions like anxiety and loneliness. They also offer free, confidential 1-2-1 counselling online or you can call them on 0800 1111 for anyone aged 18 and under.

  • Brook is a website with lots of clear and reliable information on topics like sexual health, contraception, understanding your anatomy, gender, sexuality and relationships.
